Naturligvis skal du besøge forlystelsesparker og zoologiske haver, hvis vejret byder til det. Men der er også andre små lege du kan kan overtale far og mor til at lege med i.
 Build a kite from a plastic bag, a couple of canes, a ball of string and a roll of tape. Use the wind to make it fly.  Go for a walk in the woods and look for conkers. Build animals from conkers and matches.  Eat large, dripping and thoroughly delicious ice creams!  Pack a picnic hamper and rug and find a quiet place in the country to enjoy your lunch.  Build a shelter in the woods from branches and leaves. Take a rug with you and enjoy a picnic in the shelter.  Fold pirate ships from old newspapers and launch them on Grindsted Engsø.

Go for a walk in Billund or Grindsted and get your dad to tell you all about everything you see.

 There are many exciting cycle routes in the area. So jump on your bike and take mum and dad on a brisk little ride in the countryside. Don't forget your helmet!  Visit an (almost) genuine naval base with its own submarine! You can also see a corvette at Vorbasse Naval Dockyard.  Visit the Pancake House at Kvie Lake. And have a paddle while you're there. The beach is clearly marked and the water is shallow and clean so even young children can enjoy a dip.
